Very disgusting treatment from a technician at the Genius Bar. My friends and I were simply asking questions on our situation and she threatened to end the appointment and to our surprise she did. She then had walked away spoke about us to a co worker and the co worker came up to us giving us attitude and also threatening to end the session. We then had to get a manager to help us as no one was able to meet our requirements. Very disappointed as we did drive 1 hour away for this appointment and we were treated in such a disgusting manner. I or anyone I know will never visit this store anymore and I don’t recommend anyone else to.
Black Friday fake discount. Apple store stated "Qualifying purchases can receive a discount equal to the value of the eligible Apple Gift Card off the price of the eligible product and will be charged for all items at check-out," A "discount is when you discount the original price, but Apple Australia giving you a gift card for next purchase and not discount. You should consider rewriting your black Friday sale terms after reading the definition of "discount "
Very shocked and disappointed with Christopher who served me at the Genius Bar. I’ve never been spoken down to as badly as this before. He continually mansplaned and kept speaking over me. At one point he said “you’re not listening to me” Never have I ever had such poor customer service from Apple. The lady that came in and helped after him was an angel. But he was terrible. Someone else needs to be appointed manager that doesn’t act the way he does.
The worst customer service experience ever at this store by one of the staff named Ali. He was just so rude! I would never recommend anyone to go to this store, the floor system is a mess, there was no one to help you out, you don’t know who to speak too. Once you get hold of someone they just ping you over to the next one and make you wait for long. But the worst yet ever is Ali who told me to breathe in and out with him and tell me to thank him. Never expected this from Apple. You need yo review your customer service.
Worst service of any store I have ever been in. Despite having an appointment I was in the store for 1 hours and still didn't have my issue resolved. I was told to wait endless with no idea when I would be seen. They had plenty of time to have a customer service agent pitch me a Vodafone offer, but no time to actually let me buy the phone!!! After being in the store for 45 mins even with an appointment, I expressed my frustration to a team member who was floating around with his iPad and waiting list. This struct the attention of the very woke condescending supervisor who patronisingly explained my attitude was no appropriate and that they had other customers to see - they couldn't confirm how long I needed to wait further but he couldn't just let me buy the phone and leave would have taken 5 mins. Instead, he took over 10 mins telling me I needed to accept the way they work or leave. I was just one of 1000 customers and the fact that I had a genius bar appointment that kicked off the process 45 mins earlier was of no consequence to him. "It's a different business... not his problem, I didn't have an appointment with the sales team so I just had to wait !!!" No prob. I left and I have now bought my phone elsewhere. I have rarely had a positive experience in an Apple store but this one absolute was the rock bottom experience. WORST STORE IN AUSTRALIA
Customer Service seems optional here. Floor managers couldn’t even talk to customers. Then had to resolve an exchange question remotely. Gave situation message twice over the phone to people who seem unable to fix anything. Why even answer the phone?Apple called regarding my survey response. But still no one from Bindi Store responds.‍ It’s like no one has ability to make decisions. 30 years of being an Apple customer so I am shocked. The worst service I have ever experienced from Apple. Bondi Store management needs to be reviewed as they don’t seem at all interested in customer concerns.
I was very impressed with the advice that I received today from a young assistant called Yeshna. She was not only informative but explained things in a clear and concise manner. Her happy disposition was also a breath of fresh air. Happy customer.
I went for some help the other day and saw a genius named Atticus. As some brief background I was a big Samsung supporter however left due to the terrible support. He has showed me the light he was able to talk me through the issue possible solutions and help me. Left feeling great like my issue was not only heard but also solved. Thank you Apple employees like that are what help to change and keep customers like myself.
This bad experience was 2 months ago, but I feel I have to write about it for the purposes of improving customer service. I visted the store and the first day was long queue and I prefer to take an appointment instead of waiting for long time. And unfortunately it is the same you have to wait, so what is the point of taking appointment??? *I had issue with my device and I am not talking about the issue, I am talking about the way of dealing with customers from some staff members that I have met, but fist I have to acknowledge that few of them were very professional and respectful like Bruce; Leslie and Mark, specially Bruce who was very professional and patient. In contrast, few others were very rude specially Nick who said he is the manager and he was very far away from the professionalism, and even he followed me to ensure that is no any one helps me, and he did not respect the safe distance in communication, and he did not listen to my issue and said I am the manager and there is nothing to do and asked me to leave. I do not know if he was Steve Jobs what is he going to do . In general, I recommend to go to the apple store in CBD & broadway, they are much better than here.
Would give a 5 star for my visit here a week ago - polite staff: 1. a very caring technician Adrian? who’s willing to explain everything in detail before sending my device to repair; 2. Another helpful staff possibly the usher? Not sure about their positions, my apologies, but he is one of those who walk around the store and answer to quick questions who waited for my data transfer and helped sending my device to the back. 3. I made an appt but it got delayed for 45 minutes, someone came and apologized after 15 minutes wait and let me know that they were having some issues with scheduling, and my appt was being pushed back. This is for sure an responsible and applaudable act. I’m not even mad despite the long wait, because those staff on that day don’t just let me hang around and leave me confused with the wait. 4. Saw a few elderly staff, what a pleasing and inclusive presentation for an Apple Store However, when I came with a friend this week, it was absolutely not a 5 star experience. He asked one of the ushers standing in the front of the store for help, that lady looked very disgusted/annoyed and not willing to help, she avoided eye contact as much as possible even we walked up to her for help. She unwillingly keyed our data in and said a salesperson would be with us soon. While we were waiting, she did not come over and ensure us that someone is coming, instead she avoided walking past us and having eye contact with us. Wth? Then we waited for more than 20 minutes for the salesperson while we can see a lot of idling staff around and some people came in for purchase later but got the help earlier than us- I wonder if there was some kind of racism thing going on? Did that lady ask for somebody in particular to help so that we have to wait that long? cause she assumed we don’t speak English well and only speak a certain kind of language, which is the kind that we don’t? Don’t look so annoyed or disgusted please, that lady standing in the front of the shop.
