This place has a total of 7 washing machines,out of which 1 is dedicated to washing animal blankets.nOperating them is pretty straight forward once you put coins/tokens in,you only need to select temperature and add detergent on top of the machine.nThere's 2 big ones that cost $9 for one wash, 2 medium size cost $7 and 2 small ones for $5. The animal blanket one is $9.nThe machines accept $1 coins and you can also get tokens by using your credit card. Just tap on the yellow machine to the right of the dryers and it will dispense tokens worth $10 at a time.nThere's 8 dryers which are also simple to operate.nThere's a detergent dispenser that dishes out detergents for $1 each.nIt's open from 6am to 9pm daily and It can get busy sometimes especially around 10-12pm on some days.nIn case of any problems there is a number on the wall next to the animal blankets machine that you can call,the response is usually prompt as I have experienced.
Very clean place, nice and new machines.nnAvailable 3 kinds of washing machines: $5, $7, $9 and one type of dryer: $2 for 14 minutes.
Used to be great when everything was new. Maintenance needs to be stepped up or machines replaced with new, dryers constantly breaking down. Most of the time 6 out of 8 dryers working. Change machine for coins has been out of order for 4 months now. And expensive compared to other better maintained facilities.
The machines and dog wash is great. When you actually need help from the owner or whoever manages the place. It's a different story. The machine over charges but they don't call back. I am very thankful I received my money back but customer service is absolutely terrible.
