Have been going to the bath house on and off for 15 years. I had read they had changed the bathhouse etiquette to wear bathers, I’ve been recently and it was back to being nude. The bathhouse was clean and tidy, the renovations look great, I’ll be visiting again

Great now that it is re-opened for us. A fantastic place to visit for a relaxing day. New management has done well.

Wonderful way to while away a couple of relaxing hours. Newly refurbished. Korean style, so clothing optional.

If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve be patrons for many years and the swimwear policy is a joke! The whole point of going to a day spa is to relax and pamper. Borrow a pair clean , worn swimmers???? You have got to be kidding me. BEST WESTERN you have made a big mistake. As soon as this is reversed we will be back.
