We had such a great road trip. When we came to pickup our 6 berth motorhome for the next 14 days the Apollo team were very welcoming, with big smiles and great customer service, they showed us everything we needed to know on the van and made sure that every little detail will be fixed or showed prior to departure. The van was very clean and fairly new that gave us a stress free mind for the whole duration of our road trip. When we came back the staff was very welcoming and showed interest on how was our trip, as we paid to drop-and-go the van made the last leg of our trip easy and quick. We absolutely loved our journey and experience with Apollo and we will definitely planning our next holiday with Apollo again next year…
We had a fantastic time on our first trip from Cairns to Brisbane. We went via Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation and the Atherton Tablelands. It was such a great way to quickly visit lots of sites and towns. The 2 berth camper was very comfortable and easy to drive. Special mention to Andy from Apollo in Cairns who was amazing and spent so much time with us and gave us some extra ideas on where to go! We would definitely do this again and want to buy our own van now. It was a great way to trial to see if you want to get your own.
We booked a relocation trip to Melbourne & were delighted to get this brand new IVECO Euro Delux RV! It was a fantastic experience, the smell of a new vehicle & all the equipment were brand new in boxes! It was the most comfortable motorhome we’ve ever driven & would definitely say it’s the best! Couldn’t say enough to recommend it! Thanks Apollo for giving us such a treat! Also a big shout out to JD, our vehicle guide before we set off. He provided the best customer service & helped us in setting up everything!
This was our 6th rental with Apollo. Things went always perfect. Little Problems broken windscreen, flat tires, ... even in the middle of nowhere had always been solved. This year, big surprise, we got the brand new adventure camper :0] Great design, bigger mirrors and 2 spare tires !!!! Finally... Just perfect to ride Outback Qld. The young lady at the counter, Barbara, helped make our experience memorable from picking up the van to returning it. She was very informative, professional and made an effort to ensure we had everything we need for our first campervan trip. The van was easy to drive, well equipped and set up very well. Even from our initial enquiries, the team answered all our newbie questions very well and ensured we had the right options to ensure our campervan rental experience was a positive one.
Did a 6 night trip to Bell, Tara, Condamine, Mikes, Warra, Crows Nest Meats and More for great butchery and condiments! and back to Brisbane via lake Perseverance and Cressbrook; And Esk! Top weather, top trip, ensuite way too small. Great fuel economy! Very comfortable cab, second dining table needs to be smaller as you have to dismantle it to get drivers seat back in position. Ideal for young fit tiny travellers! Thanks Josh and Nancy!
I hired a Hippie Hitop camper for 7 days and ended up extending for 2 extra days. The van was in great condition for the price, really easy to drive and comfy to sleep in. I didn't try to cook but the fridge and microwave seemed to work fine. Pick up took a little longer than I expected I think it took at least an hour to wait for someone to go through the contract and optional extras but the Brisbane branch staff were all lovely and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
We had a fantastic holiday in our Apollo Star RV camper from Brisbane. Having booked a Cheapa Camper we were very happy to get an almost brand new Mercedes Euro camper. Beautiful vehicle and really economical on the road. Staff were lovely and looked after us really well. Can recommend.
Amazing place, tons of campers big and small. Friendly staff. RV's are made here. Thanks for the upgrade. We travelled across this great land and back. Our 2023 RV didn't miss a beat, with all the facilities in good working order.
Had an awesome road trip! Booked the 4 berth Eurocamper and got the 6 booth version instead, that was a great start. The service was friendly and professional, both on pickup and dropoff. The vehicle wasn’t new but still in good condition and drove well - lots of horsepower, and with the reverse camera it was very easy to manoeuvre. We did lots of driving and it was comfortable, and the nights were as well with hot shower and toilet on board as well as the kitchenette and the three double bunks. We all slept well and the interior was well designed and comfortable. We had taken up the value pack insurance, the most expensive option but with lots of good extras and $0 excess. Which was worth it as I managed to snag the step ladder which we should have retracted before driving into a post, twisting it and turning it into the side of the van. Not proud of that one but Apollo was really nice about it and I didn’t have to pay anything extra, as per insurance. All in all we had a great experience and we’ll happily book our next Campervan trip through Apollo again.
