Appalling, unbelievably unhelpful. Really sad as Apia was once so very good. Now it is positively demonic if you want to contact them about anything. Truly a business model tragedy. Changing insurers

I was contacted by Apia Insurance in regards to a car accident where I was hit from behind. They called and stated that they’re waiting for a quote and that I could start a payment plan to pay it off keep in mind I was hit from behind.They did not ask for my side of the story. No professionalism whatsoever.

APA is for retired pensioners , They will match or do better with any insurance you have _ you can pay monthly without extra fees. If not happy you can always change again.

I am waiting for my claim for nearly one month. No news. We take insurrnce  and pay premium for peace of mind.. We will be taken care of. But this is a big let down by apia.

Extremely helpful staff, and great product knowledge,  an excellent provider.
