Booked and paid for a gun safety course. Drove for an hour to be told on arrival that the guy running the course was on long service leave. They forgot to tell me.nThey then promised that they would refund my money and I could do the course free of charge. No refund or course has been offered.nCalled back again to get a refund and some old bloke picked up the phone said he had no idea what to do and he’d take my details.nThat’s ok though because apparently they take gun safety very seriously. Slow clap.
