Appalling service. Spent an hour trying to pick up a car I had already booked on line to show my parents around Sydney. I am a regular for hiring cars in Sydney and never had a problem before. All staff were rude and nonsensical as to why a Sydney resident is not allowed to rent a car without a utility bill as ID but perfectly happy to put my dad under pressure to hire it on his QLD licence. After dropping off the car on time they waited until the last minute to change their minds about dropping us at the airport. Never again

Horrible!!! Got charged for an EXTRA DAY for taking the car back 2.5hrs earlier than scheduled to return, pointless arguing with idiots in tgeir office. I should've gone straight to RMS with multiple video clips of the vehicle they gave me to drive my kids and elderly parents in, dangerous to be in, multiple dangerous mechanical issues and rattles, faulty windscreen thats obviously been bothched up during a previous replacement. They are the cheapest though. It is true what they say. You pay peanuts and you get monkeys. Monkeys i will NEVER deal with again!!!

Over the last twelve months I've rented car's from Apex Rentals in different states and have always been treated extremely well, their customer service is exceptionally good the staff have always been friendly and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services again 😃👍

I have been using apex in other cities and wasn't disappointed by their Sudney office. They pickuped us up promptly from the airport. The admin wark was tight and we were on the road.

Cheapy service, very cheapy car. Hub caps zip tied on. Pretty bunged up Camry. Handy pickup service.
