Came in and felt that the store was well presented, huge selection of foods, clean and tidy. Kitchen staff were lovely, we dined in and when the food arrive they were very polite, friendly and flexible. We forgot to ask for sauce and the lady went back to kitchen to grab some for us. When getting served to take our order for food, the lady on the pos was full of attitude, we did start of by misreading a sign that showed the prices of chips and burgers, a family member who read the price as all being in a deal. Rather than politely explaining there are no deals. We were met with an attitude, some unfriendly looks on her face, and just a very rushed paced transaction. All that needed to be done was walk over to the sign where the costumer has misunderstood, politely explaining to them that the sign is showing singular prices of each item. Just because a costumer has misunderstood something during a time you may consider busy, does not give you the excuse to apply hostile attitude towards a costumer, and rush the transaction. The attitude we received made us feel stupid, in the way and taking up her time.
So...nI'm from Perth, but my mum is from Wangaratta. Whenever I visit and I ask for her coffee recommendations, or if I can get her something, she says APCO. No hesitation. Everytime. For years. And I yield, because recently I spent a whole month in Wangaratta, and tried every cafe in the town. Every single one. And I can't believe I'm saying this but APCO coffee really is the bloody best.nMy mum died on December 6th, 2025. But a week before she went in, we spent together at APCO for her morning coffee. And in hospital if she asked for coffee, she meant APCO... And I left Wangaratta on December 20th after her funeral and the last stop was for a coffee from here.nDamn it. Thanks for the coffee and for being my mum's favourite daily errand these past 5 or so years. And really - Your coffee is bloody tops.nAlso, my mum really loved your jam donuts, too. I never tried the food here, but I'll take her word.nThanks for everything.
Always next-level customer service, best fuel prices in town, car wash is great value, and the groceries access at 24/7 is a lifesaver. Also, the Black Silk coffee there is a win. Never thought I’d be leaving a 5-star review for a petrol station!!
I am not reviewing hot food or fuel as I did not purchase any. This mini supermarket is a little gem. We were passing through town and needed a couple of things and this was fabulous. It is IGA/independent type pricing. Really good selection of groceries and fruit and vegetables. Stop in here if you are not up for a full supermarket shop an need a couple of things.
Just wanted to say thanks to “Nicole” for doing our “Matcha Latte” Ice and cold, it was Spot on! Will definitely comeback every night!
