Absolutely useless! Never contact you back unless you stop paying!! Only way I can get them to contact me then they put a default on my account and won't get it removed despite having paid it off in full!!! Why haven't they? BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Just sit around with their thumbs up their a$s!! Wish I could give a minus star!!
First time experience was gud not much questions or paper wrk to fill out. Now nearly a year with the takanini branch and they are hard to get a hold of and even saying they are open on Saturdays which they are not.
Definitely the best finance company ever. Extremely helpful very friendly, have always gone the extra mile to help out every time I've applied for a cash loan. Highly recommended
