I have no hesitation in recommending Anzac Lodge to anyone who is seeking Aged Care ServicesnOur journey started with my 95yo Mother being admitted to Anzac Lodge approximately 2mth agonLyn initially took us on a tour and assisted us along with Melissa in settling mum into the facility.nMum was very reluctant to take this step as we had been caring for her in her home for the last eight years. Lynn and Melissa guided us through the whole process with kindness, respect and compassion. Mum has settled in and now calls Anzac Lodge her home which has lifted a weight of our shoulders.nAnzac Lodge has an extremely friendly atmosphere from the manager and all the staff members. The facility is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The meals are nutritious and plentiful.nAll in all I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Anzac Lodge to anyone in regard to care for their loved ones.nTheir care for residents is exceptional with all staff showing Respect, Kindness, Compassion to anyone who comes through their front doors.
I have lived in Anzac Lodge for over 10 years. The personal care attendant staff are competent and friendly. I like the ability to see nursing and medical staff as soon as required. There is an abundance of healthy, fresh food. There are activities run by the lifestyle staff throughout the week. My room is regularly and well cleaned. I feel safe and happy here. Anzac Lodge is my home.
Both my parents lived at Anzac Lodge in their final years. My mum lived there for almost 7 years up until last month.nAged Care placement is a difficult and stressful process and it is easy to be misguided by fancy foyers and elaborate presentations. The Anzac Lodge team made the transition from independent home life, for once very independent people, to care facility very manageable.nIn the end, all that matters for your loved ones is for them to feel safe and cared for. It is really important that the facility you choose communicates well with you, so you can make informed decisions for your parents along their journey.nAnzac Lodge excelled at all of this. The staff constantly kept me up to date with any issues or changes to medication or anything else. The doctors visited multiple times a week and would always be available to discuss any treatment management.nThe lifestyle team would go above and beyond in keeping the residents engaged with daily social activities, whilst also catering for any personal needs an individual resident may require.nThe Italian cuisine and Italian speaking staff made the transition to a care facility a lot easier and less challenging for my parents. Even the non Italian speaking staff know all the key words to make each resident feel at home.nThe facility is clean and always up to date with government regulations. I have no hesitation in recommending them to take care of your loved ones.nA heartfelt thank you to the whole team there for taking great care of both of my parents.
On behalf on myself and sister Alex, we would both like to thank all of management, nurses, and personal care workers at Anzac lodge for the care and support provided to our father Boris Kociski.nWe both would also like to thank the lifestyle team for providing activities suited to his cultural background.nOur father settled in really well at Anzac Lodge from day of admission, which was reassuring for him, and it was comforting to see our father had made some good friends along the way.nOur father also enjoyed the meals provided so we would also like to extend our gratitude to the kitchen staff. I highly recommend Anzac Lodge to anyone looking for an aged care home, you are in good hands based on our experience.
We wish to stay thank you to all the staff at Anzac Lodge for their love and care of our family member over the past 3 years. It is a difficult decision to place a loved one into care but we are are so grateful for the love and the support provided.nThe facility is beautiful, cleanliness second to none but the caring staff really make it a lovely environment.nThank you so much for giving us the peace of mind that she was truly cared for and was loved by you all.
