One teller, huge queue, other staff doing nothing, the one teller didn't know what they were doing - obviously new - had to keep going back and fore behind the scenes to ask questions.  Been a customer for over 20 years but going to change banks - the customer service is horrendous.

I've always found this ANZ branch pretty good,sometimes there is a wait but sometimes that just can't be helped.The staff are always friendly and helpful.Still a nag that I have to drive from Cooran as the branches at Pomona,Cooroy and Tewantin are all closed

Impossible to contact by landline phone. Like many 85 yr. olds I do not have a mobile phone. They have now hidden their direct phone number which makes it impossible to deal with humans. Unless I hear from them in response to this i am closing a 8 figure account.

They are only interested in selling you their financial services. They have closed all their branches. They force you to stand for up to 30 minutes in a long queue to see the one single teller while the other 7 staff sit comfortably in their cubicles doing nothing, or attempt to get you to use their dodgy, convoluted ATM deposit system or sell you insurance. No chairs for the disabled, elderly, pregnant mums etc. It is quite clear that they simply do not care at all, they just want your money.

We bank with ANZ and have found the staff at this branch to be particularly helpful, informative and very kind!

Worst ANZ branch I've ever visited. Staff seemed friendly and tried their best but the branch design has removed all tellers and instead has a few desks and two atm deposit machines which no one seems to know how to use. The queue is squeezed into a tiny space near and out the door. I waited for over 17 minutes and still couldn't get served.

Only 1 teller. Meanwhile a handful of staff sit or stand around doing nothing. Wait time is ridiculous. At least 20 minutes or more. They need to open another teller. It was stupid of them to shut the Tewantin branch which had 4-5 serving windows and customers actually got service

So glad I don't bank with ANZ anymore but still have a credit card with them. Had to change my PIN number. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. One person behind the counter while 5 other staff members walk around asking what you needed to do but everyone had to see the 1 girl at their stupid counter. Worst design for a bank.

This would have to be the worst bank in Australia. Five staff, only one teller open and 40 minutes to be served. It's time that senior management acknowledged all the negative reviews about this branch and did something about it.
