If I could give 0 stars I would Only use this bank because have too, not by choice. I'm so greatful anz isn't my bank, no one actually is at tellers, instead you have someone greeting you constantly asking what your doing in the bank. I've seen elderly clients become upset and walk out due to pure arrogance from staff. Because instead of helping them they tell them that with all the staff walking around not one staff member can help them because they haven't ""booked an appointment "" Or they've been waiting in line for sometimes up to over 30 minutes because only one person's on the teller. Well all I can say is shame on you ANZ, what happened to customer service!! I truly feel sorry for your customers!
The wait is ridiculous for normal every day banking, machines are constantly not working but they don’t put staff on. The timeframe to wait as a business banker is ridiculous, there’s been times where I’ve waited in line more than half hour just to get change because machines are constantly not working & only 1 teller open. I’m not a stay at home person who has plenty of time to waste, I have a business to get back to and run. This is the only branch that has this constant issue. You guys need to work on this branch. I couldn’t give them a Zero so 1 start it is and that’s being nice. Not happy.
Most useless branch ever and the staff there are all clueless. Try a different branch if possible because this is the worst. I went into the branch on Monday and had waited for hours to be served. I would give a Zero if I could, they’re not very helpful!!!!!!
If I didn't have to do my 90 year old mother's banking I would not use this bank or branch! Queue out of the door and forty minutes later I walked out. Even my fit bit told me my heart rate was too high for too long! Appalling way to treat your customers ANZ.
Entered the branch for a teller assisted transaction. *The amount I wanted to move was over my daily limit, which is why I went into the branch. I came prepared with the BSB and Account number of the account I wanted the fund deposited into. The meet and greet lady with slight Irish accent approaches and asks me what I was there for. I replied "A teller assisted transaction to another account." She immediately says "we don't do those here". "We don't transfer money to other banks" This sounded ridiculous to me as I had done exactly that in the past, and I told her so. It was clear she wasn't going to be helpful so I walked out. She gave me a sassy remark to my back as I left. I went to the Morley branch and was able to complete the transaction I have lodged a complaint with ANZ.
bad service and atm for some reason dont take cash deposit keeps returning the money, and saying go to the branch wast of time
This branch is actually quite good, the ATM is open 24hours but best part about these ANZ is that they allow you to make cash or check deposits via ATM safe and secure
I’ve recently been into this branch a couple of times and both times it has been a shocking experience- the queue was out the main doors, and only one teller was operating! the self serve machines only had one of three available - a very unhappy group of people there and one gentleman was voicing his decision to change to the banks next door - a good idea I’m thinking
Great staff and very polite and professional. always on time, if not earlier with booked appointments. Happy with the service and the help given to us on our first time at this branch. Jordan was great to deal with and made us feel comfortable and stress free. Some people need to understand how to be patient sometimes, there is more than 1 person the staff are working on helping, not everything can be dropped to help you first. People need to slow down and relax a little....
50 minutes waiting on the phone before deciding to go into the branch where at best there are 4 staff actually working in the whole building only to be told there process is so behind the times that they can't do a simple transaction between accounts and I would have to go back home, do it on a desktop computer because their APP is so garbage it won't let you do it there. These guys are on par with Telstra, if I could give negative stars I would. Choose any other bank.
