Got the best customer service here from Natalie! In fact, best out of any other bank!
I went in this afternoon to get change. I saw/heard a lady with dark hair on the service desk as you walk in, yelling at an elderly lady who was there with her daughter. She didn't understand how to activate her card. The staff member was very rude to her.
Will not provide branch phone numbers and waited 40 minutes to speak to a real person on the 13 13 14 phone number. Typical of bank service because they underemploy to meet real demand, take little notice of Reserve Bank and increase annual profit so the CEO gets more millions in bonus payments
Very friendly and helpful staff, always looking after me.
Really slow to get served. Waited for three quarters of an hour but once served that was fine.
