Very rude elder Indian Lady at reception. Forgot to get her name. For some reason when you come here you feel unwanted and can feel the negative energy.. location is nice and clean but that lady needs to work on her customer service skills as she’s representing a large Business.
I don’t know what it is about being an ANZ customer that makes you feel more like an unwanted visitor. I walked into the San’s on Saturday to get change for my cash register in my bar. I waited outside for a couple of minutes being kept occupied watching the staff’s children played inside. There were no other customers when he finally came to open the door. I asked them for change and to my surprise and told me that he could not give me any change because they don’t do that service on the Saturday. He told me no ANZ branch does cash business on a Saturday. That’s absolutely no use to me who’s business is maximum at the weekend. I don’t know the stuff seem like they have no drive, purpose or energy. I don’t know, I have been looking for more and more reasons to move banks from ANZ this is another one to add to the list
I think this is the MOST WORST BRANCH EVER! I went there to get some cash around 2:30pm! And the lady who assisted me told me they dot have cash as the moment and she doesn’t know what time the money come the cash.. she ask me to comeback around 4pm. Then i explain to her I can’t go back cause i just had my surgery and i just asked someone to drive for me… TOTALLY NO CONSIDERATION VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The worst ANZ branch, they don't know how to do simple bank account statements, after waiting for hour, even tho I was the only one waiting in line and very rude. Never going back there again, I might even change my banking to asb bank or westpac smh.
I been going in this branch for a long time but today I have experienced very rude customer service by lady staff. her name is janeth. she doesn't have basic knowledge of customer service. she was so aggressive and rude to me for no valid reasons. I will recommend management to watch out her behavior towards works to make this place better!
Waiting in line for a long time, covid dots on floor to stand on free ones inside.. still not let in so now im in-between 2 doors with others in a covid chamber made by ANZ. Good stuff.
Went in to make a deposit during a lunch break. The customer service at ANZ Mt Roskill Stoddard Road is quite frankly atrocious. A complete contrast to the lovely staff at the Otahuhu and Manukau Westfield Mall branch. Aloof, and seemingly snooty staff. ANZ head office may want to pay attention to the service delivery at this branch.
Nicely located in the shopping compound, next to the warehouse. Staff members are friendly but play favourites; if you wear nice clothes, they'll talk to you first and they'll listen to you attentively, otherwise, they'll skip you over and when they do talk with you, they didn't focus and keep looking around over you, and told you to wait. Definitely in need of training in customer service. Have some disabled parking strategically located outside of the door, and ATM machines outside as well as inside the branch.
Came in with a foreign marriage certificate to change my name. Despite having an certified and signed English translation they would not accept this as an adequate document saying they accept only NZ marriage certificates and that I had to change my name by deedpole. My legal marriage in Japan is recognised as legal and binding in NZ. Went to ANZ Westgate the next day and they accepted it without batting an eyelid. Lazy, incompetent staff at Stoddard Road branch. Wouldn't recommend.
After filling the forms and waiting for an hour, the Asian lady told me the system was not working and she will call me the next working day to fix the problem. No one called me yet after 2 weeks!
