Waited 45 minutes for AN APPOINTMENT…then was served by an inexperienced young lad whilst his older more experienced co worker, Sonia stood around and helped him do everything twice as slow as if she had just done it herself. Go to high st branch is you need assistance. This place is the worst Bank branch I have ever walked into.
Might as well add to the negative reviews. It’s not like they will acknowledge this feedback and seek to improve?? Clearly this branch is a toxic workplace, staff come and go. Lender was Jeremy briefly, then Frank barely lasted 6mth, now it’s a guy called Kevin. Good luck reaching him!
Starting from Horrible customer service to absolutely ridiculous waiting times over 2 hours to access your own money that they are making money out off , and to Staffs picking particular commissions and bonuses clients first and not respecting the queue’s lines‼would definitely not recommend it and have closed my account unfortunately after over 10 years.
Shocking customer service. It is impossible to get in contact with a human. ANZ are not what they used to be where you can call and get in contact with a human and they can assist. The place is full of robot customer service staff.
Jackie Li is an awesome person to work with in having our banking made easier and simpler. Many a times - I've felt at ease with the amount of care and completeness that Jackie applies towards the discussion and thoroughness he gets through in every discussion. For instance - we had to setup few accounts and he has been top notch very professional and followed up on time and kept us up to date along the way and also went above and beyond to have linked our bank accounts to our personal IDs. If you need best service look for the right people to be in your team for your banking needs and Jackie is the go to for it all.
1145 on a Monday, the queue is out the door. Only 2 staff serving customers. Half a star each.
We made an appointment at this branch with a lending manager to discuss our home loan. Took the morning off work, drove to the branch only to be told the lending managers were not there for the day and were at a district meeting. Incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. Surely it would have been easy for someone to check the schedule and contact us to rebook? Or at least block themselves out so the appointment was not available in the first place?
I attend his bank once a month requiring a teller. There is never enough tellers on shift usually one and the wait is usually 20 minutes plus. The staff are friendly however the service is severely lacking. Very different to other banks I bank with
I go to the bank branch quite often. The staff there are always friendly and helpful. Clare, Andy and I think her name is Sue are awesome and go above and beyond to help me. I am sometimes quite blond on some of these things and they always sort it out for me. Great to see that there are people that love their work and their customers. They have a tough job to do in these difficult times and they do it well. Well done guys.
ATM machine touch screen is horrible, does not work very frustrating. please upgrade we are in 2022 not 90's
