Becoming less and less impressed by not having the convenience of the Bank being open on a Saturday. Bring this back. Not everyone can do their banking during the week. Covid is more or less done, time to move on and get on with our every day lives. We are not living in the dark ages anymore.
Staff are friendly and helpful but not enough to look after all their clients, ANZ need another branch in Rotorua. Too long wait time
ANZ staff themselves are good and mostly helpful, fairly quick service. Getting in though is another story, the security guy needs to remember that he’s just that, it’s not his place to pry into individuals business. He has a rude and sarcastic attitude and seems to be on some sort out of power trip. So long as I’ve scanned in and said I am there to see a banker that’s all you need to know mr security guy.
Absolutely useless 1 teller during peak time. Tried twice to withdrew money cant get it as always busy and long wait.
Security Guard is not helpful at all. He asked me to wait to a lady. I told him that I should be on the queue to the teller. They should hire someone who know what he is doing…Waited 30 minutes for nothing.
unique place to see a live band. First time since opening!
So it turns out if your not a ANZ client...you cant deposit cash into a ANZ clients bank Account what's the world coming to Pity if it's an Emegency
