I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day and took time off to transfer funds from a fixed deposit. After waiting 1/2 hr I find out that there are still 5 people ahead of me so maybe another 1 1/2 or 2 hrs  wait, so had to leave. I  now find out the only way to get money put in an ANZ bank that is on call in a fixed deposit with ANZ too is to go into a branch again and wait. Wait to be able to get access to your funds. Moral of the storey............DON'T DO ANY FIXED DEPOSITS WITH ANZ AS THEY'RE SERVICE IS LESS THAN POOR IN THIS AREA. Its lie they want to make it especially hard for you to get your money back so you leave it there. Poor form ANZ.

Transfered to this bank when Westpac closed Willetton branch , staff are always helpful and friendly ,made my banking a lot easier , A big thanks to the Staff at ANZ Willetton
