Terrible customer service! I was advised to go to ANZ by my mortgage broker and when I went in to open an account they couldn't help me and told me to come back later. I went back in the afternoon, was the only person in line and was told again that they couldn't help me and I needed to book an appointment and come back next week. I work full time and told them this was my only day off. They weren't accommodating at all and didn't suggest any other options.

Went above and beyond to help us sort out our home loan accounts. Michelle and Cindy both did amazing jobs. 10/10

I don't like leaving negative reviews but whoever gave the green light for the design of this bank must be living under a rock,the bank have put their staff out on the floor with no protection ,Instead of having the barrier of a counter between themselves and the public the staff are put in a very vulnerable position .The ANZ bank in Malop St Geelong is set up the same........The both banks are fitted out so that the staff memberr is not protected,,,,,,,,please rethink this terrible fitout,,,,,,,,ptotect your staff
