I have been to this branch few times; to top up my home loan and to open accounts for my family. This place can get quite busy and I avoided the rush times. The service I received was exceptional in each time. I was highly impressed by the expertise and professionalism shown by the manager. The process was smooth and I was kept in the loop from the start to the end. Great experience and highly recommend this branch.

I had a great experience with this ANZ Branch. This branch of ANZ is everything a bank should be. They are professional and kind. Not only that, their service is excellent. My husband and I had the best experience with our New Home Mortgage Application process. Nitasha Dhir is professional and very knowledgeable. She helped us through our saving processed right up to setting up our construction mortgage. She is just incredibly a heart and soul kind of person. We have witnessed her helping others and her passion for her work and commitment to ANZ is very moving. She is quick, smart and very efficient. We drive from the South East of Melbourne to Brandon Park as we are so happy with her service. She goes above and beyond her time at the office to make sure our questions are answered and she kept us updated and in the loop throughout the process. We feel very blessed that we have Nitasha helping us with our banking needs, we trust her as she is very transparent with much integrity and a beautiful human in general. I highly recommend Nitasha Dhir to my friends and family and anyone for your next Home Loan and Mortgage requirements!
Approved for a home loan by ANZ, staff didn’t have time to help print documents and witness a signature 5 minutes work. documents needed to be resigned 7 days before settlement due to an error on ANZ’s part. Suggested I drive to Knox or Chadstone 20 minutes away instead - once they lock you in the customer service ends there. This is my 4th home loan - never has a bank treated me this way. Others have printed, witnessed and even couriered documents internally.
I had a great experience at this ANZ branch . Very patient and Quick service too . Denise was very helpful and a service with a smile. I look around and everyone is being great to the customers. It sucks that all the bad experiences are expressed through the reviews and good ones don’t end up here, as we just go about our lives after a job is done .
I don't want to give even 1 star. Went there today to apply for direct debit for the credit card i recently received. I wanted to avoid calling the ANZ as waiting time is extremely unreasonable, so i thought i could solve all in their branch. The customer officer kept saying, "do yo know you can apply for direct debit online?". The fact is I could not be get it done online!!! He helped me to get the form submitted. However I did not get the issue resolved, i received a text message 5 hours later asking me to call their 132273, waited for 20mins and someone answered the phone but said this is not the correct no. to call so he transferred me to another line. Waited in the queue, no one seems to bother picking up the phone........ I have been waiting for 26 mins now, and still waiting. What the hell is going on with ANZ bank?
Staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. I witnessed three customers before me get mistreated. Being in the customer service and banking industry for 17 years plus, the behaviour of the two branch staff was unacceptable towards customers. Reported and raised a formal complaint against two staff members which is currently being investigated.
