What a joke nobody in the bank but have to make an appointment to open an account
Very good service Chris Hill was excellent
Very rude and unhelpful staff, would not help our son get his own bank account even though he has had a school account since he was born with this branch. We didn’t have an appointment which we weren’t told we needed she didn’t offer to make one so we left and walked straight into Heartland bank and opened an account in 5 minutes with pleasant and helpful staff. Disgusted with ANZ.
