Way overpriced. If you can, go to another place. Got quoted for $480 for one headlight that I ended up finding at another place for only $60. Bruh ‍ If you need a car part for cheaper, Go to Bamian at Papakura, their pricing is fair and mostly cheap too, or pick a part.
Muddy mechanic tried to sell me a tyre with serious sidewall damage. Saw him look over at me before fitting it. 3 different indians tried to upsell me more tyres.
mate they punch of clowns whom getting chased by IRD for unpaid GST , and relying on cash , most afghani's hide cash in their houses lol , disrespectful to our society .
Everything went well , thank you for providing the part I needed for my car , excellent pricing ! But just one thing they needed to work on is faster customer service and communication but besides that , thank you!
Really helpful guys, needed a few plastic/rubber parts for my BMW F20, they had a look through their examples in stock and found what I needed. Really nice guys. Parts were in great condition and sold for a good price.
Muddy unhelpful staff
Went there on a friend's recommendation for second hand tyres, their so called mechanic broke the one of nuts on the wheel. Had to yell at them before they replaced whole part. Even then I had to replace the whole assembly again at the next tyre change. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
I asked for a quote on an engine on a trademe Listing, gave me a price and I accepted it and then called up to go ahead with the quote to only find out apparently one of the guys under quoted me because they can get a better export value. Bunch of time wasters!
I called today looking for a quote on parts and received stellar support from Jordan. He gave me awesome recommendations about the parts I was looking for, including ones they didn't have on hand such as best manufacturers, materials and vendors. He went and got the part I was after, called me back and its now on its way in the post. I will return to this business again just because of how satisfied I was with his service.
Indian guy there was really rude, keeps asking me what quote i got from other places and then hits me with the price and hangs up after i say i will pass. Been a loyal customer there for a while i dont know who takes the call but keeps saying they wont refund and talks over me. I have no idea why they were being so rude while i kept civil. My shop will no longer order from here
