I am a member of the Baulkham hills branch but have been training in the north rocks branch as it is more convenient to me coming home from work. They transferred my membership to the north rocks branch without my consent and increased my membership fees! I thought Anytime Fitness allowed you to train in ANY Anytime Fitness branch! But they then transfer your membership AND increase your fees if you train at another branch!?!nnAnd their response is the typical: we understand your concern but you signed a contract many years ago which have fine print that no one reads and therefore it's your fault and we will automatically move your membership and increase your fees without telling you before hand! Ludicrous! So this is how Anytime Fitness teats customers who have been with them for many years.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and I can’t say enough great things about it! Tara and Gabbi are both fantastic – they bring so much energy and positivity to the space. Whether you’re just starting out or a regular, they make you feel welcome and supported. Tara is always there with helpful tips and encouragement, and Gabbi's infectious enthusiasm keeps you motivated through every workout. The facilities are top-notch, but it’s the friendly, supportive atmosphere created by the staff that really sets this gym apart. Highly recommend!nnMarj is cool aswell

Amazing gym! Everyone is so friendly and the community is amazing. Not too crowded, loud and the classes are crazy. Staff is also so helpful and nice.

One of the most cleanest gyms I have visited so far in my career. A very good gym out of the many I have gone to. I specifically love that it’s 24 hours it’s great for me and the kids.

Tara is super friendly and helpful, addressed my queries quickly without hesitation! She is a great staff member, highly recommended if you have any worries to talk to her. I highly recommend anytime north rocks.
