Was a great gym when I 1st signed up. Great people. But then management changed. Probably the rudest bunch of bullies I have ever met. Would also make friends with other members and talk behind mine and my friends back. Giving schoolyard. I was not allowed back at this gym after something that wasn't even my fault. Hands down worst gym in brisbane.
Ruby is the best! She’s always busy cleaning up the gym when I’m there and always on the go with clients. She has been very helpful as well. Hard to catch ruby NOT doing anything she’s the gem of anytime fitness
Complete scam artists. When my partner and I had first signed up, we were never told about the large cancellation fee. As this wasn’t money i had sitting around, i waited it out for 16 months paying $19 a week. I wasn’t comfortable at this gym due to the numerous uncomfortable encounters I had here. I would consistently call the company and ask for updates on how long my membership had remaining and made it extremely clear that i wanted to end this asap. When my membership had finally ended in October 2024 i received no notification. I am finding out in January 2025 that they have been charging me, without my knowledge while claiming that i gave them an incorrect email address BECAUSE THEY FORGOT A LETTER. Let me note that they also have my phone number which was never used to notify me. I am now needing to pay an additional month in fee’s as i “am canceling without a 30 day notice”. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
I have a been a member of ATF Albany Creek for several years, overall very happy, the staff are always available and very helpful, the gym is always clean, the members I have met during my journey are all very kind and supportive. Overall highly recommend to anyone looking to kick of their fitness/ health journey.
Not the best experience for the price, there are better gyms that offer more for the price. Not great experience for people under 18. They change mangers and staff every second month and have poor staffed hours. Overall, I would not recommend going compared to other gyms in the area that offer more.
