Dès la première prise de contact, nous avons été bluffés par l'écoute et l'accompagnement donné à notre projet. Très rapidement, les équipes sont revenues vers nous avec un plan très complet et adapté à nos envies et notre budget !. Tout était très bien expliqué et résumé sur un site personnalisé ! Une fois nos retours faits, le programme a ensuite été ajusté et corrigé. Les équipes étaient extrêmement disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nos demandes. À mesure que le voyage se rapprochait, Sandrine et son équipe nous ont accompagnés à chaque étape en nous détaillant les démarches à faire pour partir l'esprit tranquille et en règle !. Sur place, nous avons suivi le programme détaillé sur le site et l'application dédiés. Tout y était soigneusement expliqué et à aucun moment nous ne nous sommes retrouvés sans savoir quoi faire. Sandrine et Laurine ont également étaient très disponibles si nous avions la moindre question. Toutes les activités réservées et les suggestions du programme étaient toujours pertinentes, de sorte que nous nous sommes à peine servi du guide acheté avant notre départ. Enfin, lorsque la compagnie de ferry nous a annulé nos tickets à cause d'une panne, Sandrine et Laurine se sont mises sur le pied de guerre et n'ont eu de repos que lorsqu'une solution viable a été trouvée.
