Anthonys lawyers is one of the best law firm that you can find in the town. I am in the process of lease a shop and Initially I was referred to another firm by the agent. However, they could not take me as a client due to a conflict of interest - I assume one of the landlords was their existing client? So they had to refer me to a renowned law firm for business transactions in the area (they had a list of 5 law firms recommendable and Anthonys' rating was the top). I am planning to open a beauty shop in a off the plan shopping centre, solicitor Mulholland advised me that the location I chose was not suitable due to noise of the supermarket, and negotiate with the landlord for a better location. Further, she obtained from the landlord of increased Rent free period and fit out contribution which worth more than $10,000! I was really lucky to have her acting for me. She is able to put herself in another's shoes and go from there. She is genuinely reliable and trustworthy lawyers.

Anthony's Lawyers are very helpful, they do return calls and they listen. Prue Mullholland the Principal is very approachable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I learned about this law firm as the senior solicitor was the lawyer of my mum, they looked after my conveyancing 3 years ago from A to Z. I thought she was just a graduate by the look, however she was actually experienced more than 10 years! She has gone through my Contract in very detail, even the parts that I would haven't thought about without their reminder. She was very thorough in explaining all potential risks that I possibly be exposed, protected my rights as a buyer back to back. I was really impressed, as the quality of service was really excellent compared to my previous conveyancing with another firm. Now she is looking after my commercial matter, I found she is a real expert in commercial properties and lease. Actually I have got quotes for the current matter from various law practices, Anthony's price was reasonably cheap, some others called double for exactly the same service. She always takes my calls and visits with a good grace, easily sort out my complicated concerns with her comprehensive knowledge and experience. Now all my family are her clients, I would recommend here to anyone I cherish for their legal concerns.
