Outstanding service. Outstanding selection of books for young and old and in between and outside these simple parameters too. It is so good to call Annie's bookshop, and know that regardless of who picks up the phone, Annie, Palmira or Rachel, my request is 100% cared about and followed through with over & beyond my expectations. Even my mother-in-law, who is not a local will call only them now to source her books for her. Dependable, knowledgeable and always delighted to assist whether in person or by phone, i would give this bookshop 6 stars out of 5. For professionalism, friendliness, courtesy and incredible service, I highly recommend Annie's Books on Peregian. Annie's Books is still my local bookshop, whether I am on the Sunshine Coast, or Brisbane or living remote in in Central Australia. Annie, Rachel and Palmira have sourced books from Australia or overseas for me. They have wrapped books and diaries as presents and sent them all over Australia. Annie, thank you for supporting local, national and international writers. Thank you for challenging my reading perceptions and introducing me to incredible Indian, African, Indigenous and mainstream writers. Having known the fabulous ladies, Annie, Rachel and Palmira since the early days of Lawford's Bookshop / ABC Centre in Noosa Junction, it is great to see the team thriving in the best village on the Coast, Peregian. They look after new and old Sunshine Coast residents with courtesy, respect and a wicked sense of humour, plus that old fashioned concept called "customer service". Thank you for being the best bookshop in Australia, not just Queensland.
