We moved here and found a great doctor at Annandale Doctors Dr May Kyaing she was caring and made me feel comfortable and she was great. And she new what she was talking about.
Hi there, I have been there two weeks ago the first time.nIt was very easy and quick to make an appointment. The receptionist and the nurse were just lovely and very professional. The doctor was doing her job and explained what needed to be explained. All up, highly recommend this business
I attended this practice with my elderly mother and wasn’t impressed one bit, I don’t want to give one star.nTwice my mother needed to return due to the original illness and both times I had inquired whether she would need to pay another fee.nThe first time I had asked was because my mother’s condition had worsened within 3 days and the second time was because the reception had called to ask my mother to return for results.nBeing elderly and off pension weeks my mother likes to know in advance about costs etc.nToday we had the consultation, I was asked to go and buy the B12injection from the chemist while my mother waited, I returned we then saw the nurse and treatment was given. the nurse asked my mother to wait for a further 10 minutes in thee waiting room.nI asked the receptionist if we needed to pay anything which I was told no,nThis is when I was asked to speak to Dr Ellis in her surgerynDoctor Ellis said to me she doesn’t want me questioning her staff about medical payments, I was confused and asked the doctor what she meant by this? She then repeated herself. I then proceeded to tell her I had only asked if my mother would have to pay for the return visits.nWithout asking me my version or reasons She then said I should find another surgery for my mother to attend!!nI would love to know why the doctor allowed this consultation to go ahead in the first instance, if I had done something to offend or upset anyone why call us back in ?nAt no time did I refuse or argue about payment, I only asked if I had to make a payment.nmy only mistake was attending a practice where the receptionist rolls her eyes while on the phone to clients and clearly over exaggerates an inquiry from a patient. June, you knew you were in the wrong as it was very clear from your behaviour when I was explaining to my mother why she had to leave, again you were making faces to the other patient while we were leavingnI’m actually relieved my mother doesn’t have to put up with the unprofessional and childish behaviour from this practice but feel extremely sorry for other aged pensioners who might simply need to ask a question due to payment. This practice has zero empathy for their patients.nI will be making a formal complaint because I think Dr Ellis owes my mother a formal apology
Best Practice I’ve ever been to. Dr Ellis takes so much care with her patients. Practice Nurse is also amazing. So grateful I have found this place!!
