Kind staff, store is well laid out. Easy to find any supplies. Always well stocked.
I find animates to be very expensive especially their food section. A good ,$10 more than other stores who sell same product.. Access is good as long as you don't go at the end of school hours as driving in cN be a bit hairy sometimes with relatively new drivers urgently needing their after school fix of McDonald's.
Staff all friendly, knowledgeable, and keen to help! Sadie's questions before grooming Murphy, and her feedback following, are hugely appreciated. Her skill at grooming - whatever style we request! - is awesome. Murphy is always eager to see her, and happy when I pick him up, looking very handsome, smelling sweet. I have complete confidence in leaving Murphy in her hands.
Rose is a very caring person when it comes to her job. She is amazing with my two Westies especially with jack. Rose has been the only one he trusts....
Good place to wash your your pets services good cleaning tiny place
Always friendly and helpful staff. Lots of variety. The DIY dog wash is brilliant...such a good set up! The annual membership is well worth the money.
The lady working out the back seriously needs to lighten up and as for the two girls at the checkout, glaring at us and gossiping about customers while we're actually standing in ear shot, it isn't a good look - awful customer service. The male worker out the back was friendly and welcoming. Definitely wouldn't support this Animates store.
Rosie at Animates Masterton is one of the best. She does a wonderful job of grooming our little dog Abbey wouldn't go anywhere else
Staff are always friendly and helpful
Great place to go and buy everything you need for your pet's.
