Took Ollie, my almost 6-year-old Swiss Shepherd, to Animalius for a specialist ultrasound today. Was very happy with the service and care taken with Ollie. Special thanks to the nurses who helped out, in addition to Dr Antoinette, who was a joy to be around for making us feel welcomed and the care taken to ensure Ollie wasn't stressed. Dr Sandra, who performed the ultrasound, was also fantastic and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend
We cannot recommend the team at Animalius enough. The care and support they gave to us as owners and our beautiful pet cat was incredible. While we unfortunately lost our baby boy, his last months were comfortable for him, and it allowed us more time with him. They constantly took us into account, including our financial situation and his age, and provided all available options. They were incredibly caring and personable after our baby passed.nThe team are the best, the location is lovely with a dedicated cat and dog separated area, tea and coffee facilities for long waits, and bubbly reception staff. We always felt so welcome and our boy felt so loved. Thank you all again!
Dr. Kevin's skill as a veterinarian is truly exceptional. His precise and knowledgeable approach to diagnosing and treating my pet's condition was impressive and reassuring. Additionally, his honesty in discussing treatment options and potential outcomes showed a level of integrity that is invaluable. I deeply appreciate his transparency and expertise.
No review can describe how incredible the staff and vets are at Animalius. I brought my boy Mooi in as he had been vomiting for several months. They took everything I said seriously. Mooi is a rehome and very anxious in unfamiliar environments. I was very nervous leaving him. The team assured me he would be looked after with the upmost care. Upon collection after one of his procedures, I came in to see all the staff doting over him and he was sitting on their laps as he doesn’t like to be alone - such a warming, beautiful sight to see. Every step of the way they have been amazing with communication and follow ups. They also remembered the smallest details about him ‘like how he likes to be hand fed’. I can’t recommend this place enough and will never go anywhere else. Thank you for your excellent service and getting to the bottom of his issues. Lastly… thank you for looking after my boy.
This is the second time I have had to bring my dog to Animalius. The staff here are amazing. They completely understand that you are entrusting them with a member of your family. The care and love they show towards your four legged family member is second to none.nI’m ecstatic that on both surgeries my dog has had that the results have been so good.nThank you to the whole team at Animalius.
