I'm sure they are good for dogs and cats but nothing out of the ordinary. Rang around all the vets in the area when I had a sick chook. All but this business was honest and said they were not experienced in poultry. This business said anything to get the visit fee but the vet had not a clue on how to treat poultry. Would never take my dogs there because I now know this practice is focused on money.

The Vets & Staff were amazing and very caring with my 2 cats. The price reasonable compared to others in district.

Amazing service and knowledge. I really appreciated the kindness of everyone in the clinic and the pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely be my family vet clinic from now on.

My dog has been sick the last few nights (fine during the day) and a trip to my usual vet this morning got no assistance but a $65 consult fee to be told 'sorry, can't really help today if you need anything extra'. A friend recommended the Animal Doctors Pakenham and they've been brilliant. Fitted me in quickly and were totally sympathetic and responsive to the fact that my dog is PETRIFIED of vets to the point where she's had to be muzzled in the past to enable examination. They agreed to see her outside rather than inside as she was already wound up from the earlier vet's visit - no problems, no fuss, and Kerry (the vet) won her over with kindness and treats. Took her temp, examined her thoroughly and treated her accordingly. All the staff were simply fantastic! I really can't thank you enough!
