Very grateful for the excellent service that we received at the Perth City store. So helpful and kind, had to go in a couple of times and dealt with different people and they were all great. Much appreciated!

My partner and I are very unhappy with the service from this company. Firstly they didn't have my size so they were going to ring the other stores to see if any of them had it in stock, this is after we paid a deposit. We heard nothing back from them and then we called and they had no idea what we were talking about. They then resized the ring that they had in store and resized it wrongly. My bridesmaid picked up this ring which was wrongly size. We then had to go in to get it resized again at which point they told me that it needed to be resized even bigger than the original n(which we asked for and didn't receive) size as even though they made a mistake they didn't think it was the right size to just go up a half size and made it bigger which was wrong. Then to add to all of this the new resized ring broke clean in two on the resize point. We then went to the Karrinyup store and they told us that they could'nt do anything in that store. Then we went to the city and are still waiting to hear back on how our matter will be resolved tomorrow
