I visiting kids last 3 months every fortnight for two hours in Kingsley Anglicare. I met with Claire before start visitation process and she was amazing and very helpful person then honestly was not expected that much good hospitality than horrible and bad Relationship Australia experience. I was very impressed from first interaction end of intake interview :) So, Just want to say thanks heaps all of them for helps, good communication, quick responses and smily and easy going helpful supervisors. Kids also were looking pretty happy too. Thanks Anglicare!

Very good first impressions. Paired with a capable, intelligent, objective councillor. Very adept at picking up details from those not talking even, via body language and facial expression and deciphering complex situations. My extensive experience with councillors, doctors, psychologists or psychiatrists has revealed many things to me (to my extreme fortune, I was able to have lengthy sessions with one who many professionals would consider one of the best in the state; I noticed other professionals would have him as their treating psychiatrist. Revealed to be unfortunately standard is large amounts of bias, a closed mind approach, categorization of whom they're seeing; each case, person and situation is unique & presumptions & assumptions cannot be made yet they more often than not are made, to your detriment. I would generally avoid the public system entirely due to ineptness of majority of "professionals" and their conduct, legal violations of patient rights & incapable treatment I've experienced, as well as direct threats once before from a psychiatrist in a public hospital. Will update upon further sessions.
