Lovely well-maintained aged care facility, although costly to send your loved-one there. Can never get through to reception. Being an aged care facility, you should be able to get through to reception at all times. Café worker is always grumpy - cheer up or don't work there.
I always find the staff helpful, courteous and caring to visitors and residents alike. The utmost care taken all through COVID. My mother has been happy and well here for 4 years and loves her friends, the grounds and activities. Thank you!
Most frustrating place to try and speak to a resident outside working hours. Only public number is a central anglicare number and goes nowhere on a weekend or after hours. Even when I finally found a number to a 'nurse on the floor' it went to message bank. This is simply unacceptable for any retirement home, but especially one that charges such exorbitant rates. Put people before your corporation anglicare!
Brian King Gardens is like a nursing home but more spacious living areas for residents. They have their own rooms.
Bunch of unprofessional people working there they don’t even know how to talk i wont rekon anyone this place is for work whoever comes here that’s the first and last day for them .
