We are a diverse group of Christians, proud of our Anglican heritage but actively seeking ways to communicate the Good News to a contemporary world.

Story

We are a Christian community which values:
The Word of God
The Word of God, the person of Jesus Christ, fulfils the promises of the Old Testament. The Gospels and other scriptures contained in the Bible are our central written source for encountering the Word of God.

Our Anglican Heritage
We value the expressions of faith that have formed our church community while actively seeking ways to share those treasures in a contemporary world.

Prayer
Prayer is conversation with God that places God at the centre of our lives. We want to grow authentic and nourishing prayer lives – individually and corporately

Life-giving Relationships
We focus on people and how they relate to God and one another and try to shape our relationships with compassion, generosity and, when necessary, forgiveness.

Inclusiveness
We seek to share God’s unconditional love of all people regardless of age, gender, race, marital or family status, sexual orientation, disability or circumstance.

Growth
We believe the Christian life is a journey that calls us to grow in knowledge of, love for and enjoyment of God, resulting in loving service to others, in generous giving and in bringing others into discipleship - not only for our own fullness of life but in partnering in God’s saving, reconciling and recreating work in our world.

Dialogue
God has given us the gift of reason; therefore we value inquiring minds and questioning hearts. We believe that loving, kind, patient and gentle dialogue with those whose beliefs and practices are different from ours is an important part of living and telling the Good News.

Passion
We aim to live our communal life and mission wholeheartedly and joyfully, transformed and energized by the power of the Holy Spirit. We want people to see us and say, “I want what they have.”
