I want to thank all the staff at the aquatic center for helping me celebrate my daughter’s birthday this week. She loved spending time with her friends in the indoor pool even though the weather was miserable outside. The canteen staff was so helpful in preparing snacks for everyone and the lifeguard staff were so helpful at keeping the kids safe in the pool. I am so grateful to everyone for making the day extra special.

Great facilities and friendly and attentive staff.nLove the 50m outdoor pool and fitness classes in the gym. Trainers are great and so is the crowd here.nLane availability for the outdoor pool is visible online, so are any special events

Great pool facilities. 50m outdoor pool is heated to 27 degrees and indoor 25m pool is heated to 30 degrees.nThere are lots of lessons and squads so be sure to check lane availability.nPlenty of parking but does get busy in the evening due to all the swim lessons and programs.nFriendly staff

Love the swim centre.  Staff are very good.  It's very clean in all areas including change areas.  Outdoor kids water park is available for the littlies, sometimes you just need to ask staff to turn it on and that's easy and quick.  Cafe is very good.  Wife says the coffee is very good.  Outdoor pool is great.  Not too many people which is a winner.  Saw a water aerobics class going on.  Everyone was enjoying it.  Plenty of parking

I am not usually a complainer, but I can't hold back anymore. As recommended by my doctor, I looked for an indoor therapeutic heated pool to exercise my injured back. It has been great but in the last few months, I noticed the showers are left dirty and more importantly the temperature of the indoor pool is constantly cold,  as I go there at 5.30 am there are days when the windows are left open overnight & cold outside air is keeping the pool cold other times they haven't turned on the water heaters. This morning it was the coldest it's been & everyone was complaining some people got into their hips then got out & left, My wife & I usually swim for an hour & half but had to leave after 30 minutes. The staff seemed insensitive to the complaints. One thing is for sure most of the swimmers say ever since the council took control of the pool things have been going downhill. It might be time to try another aquatic center.
