Oh. My. Goodness. I don't even have the words to describe how fabulous this place and these beautiful people are! ..but I'll try.. The facilities themself were impeccably clean, welcoming and warm on a cold rainy day. The wonderful women working here were so kind, friendly and welcoming, but also professional and respectful. The little extra touches were so thoughtful and made the experience just perfect. If I lived closer, I'd be here all the time!!
I had a 2 hour deep tissue massage with maya I think that was her name and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I had a lot of tension and I felt like I was on cloud nine when I left. I would be coming here regularly if I lived in Melbourne. I’ll be thinking about this massage for days!
Great experience and excellent Thai oil and reflexology massage. Sonia, my masseuse has good techniques, she helped tremendously to ease off my stiff back and legs pain.
Booked appointment and were 10 mins late already... The person at reception desk said that they are going to give me a 10 minute warm up before the masseuse starts on me. I've had many thai massages at various places and was never told I'd have a 10 min warm up by someone else. Odd...
Very clean and professional service by masseuse. I was lucky to have Jane and I had a very stiff neck and back and she was able to help tremendously. Probably one of the best massages I have had in Melbourne and will definetely be back
Worst customer service of the person attending the phone today. Have no etiquettes to talk. Literally said “stop calling, we have booked you” when I wanted to clear doubt. Then called and said we will reschedule you for tomorrow because our staff wants to go home early. I would give zero stars if I can.
Love it . Genuine, clean, friendly. I have my favourites and I'd love to name them but then everyone will use them and that just takes away my time. You girls know who you are. Stay amazing!
