Best pizza in Australia! That's a big call for you guys to make and I have to say that's the sign that dragged me inside. The pizza was delicious and rich and smokey. This Adelaide bacon is delightful. It was huge and you could hardly tell it was GF.
I have been here twice. Once around 12 months ago and once today. The 5 stars is for the pizza of which our group had 3 different types. Both times the crusts have been thin, crispy, & perfect. The flavour of various toppings are rich, robust, and delicious. The atmosphere is fairly basic and gets only 3 stars in my opinion, but can be forgiven due to the treat your taste buds will be enjoying.
We dined in on a Friday night at 6pm and we were the only people there. This place is half restaurant and half takeaway, so there were quite a lot of takeout orders going through. The restaurant area is very basic, like an afterthought to the takeaway. Had one normal pizza and one gluten free pizza. First thing I noticed is the price. $27 for a pizza is more than expected but $32 for gluten free is the highest we've ever paid. And they were just fine. Not a bad gluten free base but nowhere near the best we've eaten. The fried chicken was pretty well seasoned but the skin tasted too much of the oil it was cooked in. Chips were pretty soft and soggy although the gravy was good. Salt and pepper squid was a hit. The only 5/5 that we had. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza base
Courtney was amazing, super friendly and welcoming. Great with our kids, asked extra questions like whether we wanted extra share plates for boys to share pizza etc. Beautiful food and great service from her! Lovely outdoor deck area to eat, nice and breezy. Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming for children, high chairs available. Kids menu. Parking: Plenty of parking all around the area, short walk down the street. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp and plenty of room to move inside. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options on menu
Lovely staff, but if you think these are award winning pizzas, you live a very sheltered life. Tasteless and doughy at best. Tables were sticky too. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day here.
The Smoky would have to be one of the best Pizzas… washed down with a decent coffee!
Who voted? not wood fire nor the greatest pizza in Oz? Aussie was an onion with cheese. Wasn't great l. Margs was tomoatoe and cheese with packet herbs, I'm mean come onFood: 1/5
Excellent food and service. Best S&P squid we've had in decades, and the Rueben sandwich was delicious! Fresh, plentiful, beautifully presented. Lovely and helpful staff. Outlaws wines were sensational. Thankyou and we will definitely be back. J&G
This little gem is the best pizza joint in the barossa, it's kind of hidden at the end of the main street so pass by all the fancy coffee outlets and have a great meal it's not just pizza had the pork dumplings today and an apple cider. Then walk the street it's a great place to rest.
This a lovely cafe if you are looking to have scrumptious meal. The food was very tasty and we were served within 10 minutes. Interestingly if you are looking for vegetarian options, they staff help you to select something good and ensure to not add any meats in. We had the chicken Schnitzel, pizza, fish and chips, and pasta. You can get a variety of beer on tap or in bottles. For dessert they lovely cakes.
