Andrew's Airport Parking - Adelaide is the newest member of Andrew's Parking Group, with established businesses in both Melbourne and Brisbane.
On September 1, 1997, Andrew Shanahan opened his very first business. Andrew’s Airport Parking - Melbourne.
We are proud to say that Andrew's very first customer, Mr Frank Halim (who thought he was lost when he drove into an empty warehouse) still parks at Andrew’s today.

Was happy with everything, sevice, price, etc until we returned to our car parked outside booked for indoor parking filthy dirty covered in dust and bird poo. Wouldn't even let me see cctv footage of when it was parked outside, I just have to take their word for it. No cars parked outside was as dirty as ours. Pictures attached My partner takes pride and cares about our cars to the point they get washed 1ce a week. His car had never been that dirty ever. Got offered a $33 credit for next time. So not even a refund to cover the cost to have it detailed. There won't be a next time cause I will get an uber or something.
I’ve been parking with these guys for 4+ years now and their attention to customer service through the pandemic and through their shortage of staffing is absolutely commendable. As a FIFO worker who is there frequently, I’ve seen this business go through a lot and I am so impressed at their diligence and passion to provide quality service. Despite being a chain, it really feels like a family-owned business, and this is all due to the staff working there. Great work guys!
Wish I had known about these guys before. Cheaper than parking and a damn site more convenient. Great service from all staff on the day I dropped my car off. Will definitely use for all future travel.
The worst service ever! Ruined the whole cruise experience by letting us stay in the hot sun, no shade, no water and no explanation waiting for a bus to come and pick us from outer harbour. Apparently they had 1 driver scheduled for pick-up for all of us. when called the office, I was shouted at and hung up on. The grey haired older lady at the counter at andrews airport parking office was the one. Not even an apology for the inconvenience and torture. all she could do was try shout at me again when I went to collect my keys. Did i also mention that they also made my 1 year old baby suffer by making us stay in the sun and dehydrated??? Inhumane disgusting behaviour shown from staff at office. the lack of apology and rude staff is enough reason to stay away from these guys. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. In response to owner reply: This is not true. The driver who finally drove us back told us that he saw some of us coming in when he took the first load back. Now he is back for us. If you had any more drivers, we would not have suffered waiting in the hot sun with babies and luggage. . Not the service advertised and totally ruined the trip.
They advertise old fashioned service and THAT'S just what they delivered. Car had been broken into and I required a secure place to store the car until repaired...perfect. Everything explained and I couls access the car anytime I wished. Up fron about the cost and very reasonable at that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for secure parking. Now just to try the airport service!
I received excellent service from Andrew's Airport Parking. Adelaide. The Staff/Drivers were very friendly & professional. I didn't have to wait to be dropped off, for Ghan or picked up from airport. I highly recommend them. 10/10.
This company doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. I received zero help when I needed to cancel, the same day I booked! They took no responsibility and had no understanding for my predicament. Please note, they are not AT the airport, as their name implies, but 7km away. I advise against any dealings with these sharks.
Waited at outer harbour passenger terminal car park for a good 1.5hrs, out in the sun. They had a bus full of passengers with no driver. Were informed that they infact had 2 buses but the other would drop passengers back, bring that bus back, driver would then take the other full bus that had passengers sit in it for 30 mins and then the process would start all over again. So one bus run would take close to an hour. We were bus #4. Having a 3yr old wasn't much fun for her, my wife and myself. Same for the elderly and the rest that had to endure that debacle. Decided to use a taxi instead, as there would have been a good hour or so more of waiting. You have all of our names and contact details that were involved in this scenario. An apology would be nice. To also read the reply of other reviews that this was the first cruise in Adelaide and that P&O let us off too quickly. You knew the numbers you had that day to shuttle back to the car park, so you failed to plan accordingly for that. And like every form of transport, passengers want to get off asap so they can carry on with their lives. Not sit around for hrs to disembark. And the cruise company would like us off asap too, so they can carry on with their next cruise. More then happy to give you 2 stars if you will foot my taxi fare.
We were very happy with the customer service, but it has been pretty bad for the last 6 months. We always call a few days in advance to let them know of our arrival/departure, and we don't seem to be on the list on the day. We had booked to be picked up at 11 pm at the Adelaide Airport one night, and no one came. They forgot about us. I am wondering what management is doing in terms of support, training, guidance, and leadership for their employees, as they seem as frustrated as their customers
Great parking service for Adelaide Airport. Didn't have any problems with the shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Will definitely use again. Recommended.
