The instructors are amazing, especially Frenciya. She is lovely and has such attention to detail for the children's lessons. Correcting their positions in a gentle and supportive way, she cares about her job, and it shows. My daughter absolutely loves attending superfish. Both my daughters have fostered a very healthy interest in swimming, and it's thanks to superfish. One of my daughters was afraid of water prior to attending superfish sunnybank. I especially like their focus on drowning prevention and correct swimming techniques. Teo, in reception is always so warm and welcoming. I knocked one star off however due to updated policy post covid. There is not enough time allocated to use up make up tokens and I have repeatedly lost money on unattended lessons while my child was sick due to the nature of the token uses. They do not have enough classes available during the month to use the makeup tokens before they expire and thus, the time is run out, and tokens expired. I'm quite disappointed in this and in the way the new administrator made me feel as if this was my fault.

We enjoy going to Superfish Sunnybank for babies swimming lessons. Water temperature is consistently nice and warm, and more importantly heating is nice on the poolside too. There are change tables for nappies and swimsuits changing with heater available, highchairs on poolside and in changing room. Both coach and admin staff are nice and friendly. Also the area reserved for lessons is spacious. It is not noisy either as there aren't many classes happening at the same time.

We started private lessons with Lexi once a week in early Feb as our 3 year old was petrified of pools and swimming. The confidence he has gained in 3 months is nothing short of amazing. Lexi has been so patient and the entire team have worked together to help him build his confidence and he is now starting to actually swim.

Frenciya is excellent. She is very patient and nice. She is very good at teaching. She can know what is wrong with me. She pays attention to every learner. I am lucky to have such an professional teacher. Thank you.

Great swim school, environment always clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful.  Jeremy is a fantastic swim instructor for kids. Very happy with how my daughter loves swimming now.

The instructors here are extremely professional and are capable of building excellent rapport and trust with children of all ages. My toddler has been swimming here for over a year, but my older child who has a fear of water just started their second lesson — and already bravely dipping their head in the water. It’s a fuss-free and safe environment with helpful, friendly staff. We love it here!

Miss Franciya and Miss Zara are gods! Sooooo amazing!!!!!

My 1yr old son did not enjoy the lessons at first. It took 8 wks to get him comfortable and now he’s loving it. Swim teach Franceya was very  patient and encouraging to get us to push thru. I see that the swim teachers are very good with the kids

The team at Sunnybank are excellent instructors who are friendly and generous with their time. Our daughter has loved coming for lessons here and her swimming has improved rapidly.

Superfish at Sunnybank is amazing! I say this because I was worried they wouldn't take my son who has bad anxiety and would scream and cry when starting something new. I felt really bad for the swim instructors ears haha. But the crew were very patient and accommodating. We have been with them for 1.5yrs and have seen amazing improvement in his swimming. Would highly recommend them. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
