Amazing food. The food was absolutely fabulous. However one issue was the time it took to come out. But after tasting the pizza and pasta those concerns melted away. If you want to visit maybe go early and enjoy the ambiance. Left ourselves in the chef's hands. And oh my that experience and food was seriously next level. The service was top notch and the food and choices we had were beyond expectations. The atmosphere was buzzing and it was nice and busy for a Sunday night. The oysters were delicious and super fresh, and the garlic bread was stunning, as were the pastas. The only thing letting it down for me, was the service was a little lack lustre. Understand the time of year and that they were busy, but it didn’t feel overly friendly or attentive. We would have loved to have stayed a bit longer and had another wine or two, but it was too hard to get someone’s attention.
We loved celebrating our 11 year wedding anniversary in this cozy restaurant! Perfect pasta, authentic Italian flavors, and warm, welcoming friendly staff. It has been a while since we been there. Can’t remember what exactly we had ordered. But we had a good time exploring this little exquisite restaurant, trying some foreign cuisine comparing to our normal diet. And most interestingly, it helped me to conquered the fear of eating brie and Parmesan.
The ambiance and service here are quite nice, but the food was disappointing. I tried a few of their signature dishes, but the flavors were quite bland, and the portions didn’t justify the price. The Pipi bucatini was underseasoned, with a firm texture and almost no other ingredients to add depth. The Fettuccine, topped with a raw egg yolk, seemed promising but lacked the rich or spicy flavor I expected, and it was served lukewarm. The Olasagasti anchovy pizza had an overly thick, burnt crust, and the anchovies were too salty, making the dish greasy after a few bites. The chili oil that came with it was flavorless. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the overall taste and portion sizes left much to be desired, especially if you're looking for a more flavorful Italian dining experience.
