The atmosphere was buzzing and it was nice and busy for a Sunday night. The oysters were delicious and super fresh, and the garlic bread was stunning, as were the pastas. The only thing letting it down for me, was the service was a little lack lustre. Understand the time of year and that they were busy, but it didn’t feel overly friendly or attentive. We would have loved to have stayed a bit longer and had another wine or two, but it was too hard to get someone’s attention.
We loved celebrating our 11 year wedding anniversary in this cozy restaurant! Perfect pasta, authentic Italian flavors, and warm, welcoming friendly staff. Definitely recommend the blood orange sorbet with cheesecake cream for dessert.nnThank you for looking after us & really appreciated the prosecco
It has been a while since we been there. Can’t remember what exactly we had ordered. But we had a good time exploring this little exquisite restaurant, trying some foreign cuisine comparing to our normal diet. And most interestingly, it helped me to conquered the fear of eating brie and Parmesan.
Loved all the snacks on the menu! Good variety, full of flavour and their menu is always changing keeping it fresh and new every time I visit.
The ambiance and service here are quite nice, but the food was disappointing. I tried a few of their signature dishes, but the flavors were quite bland, and the portions didn’t justify the price. The Pipi bucatini was underseasoned, with a firm texture and almost no other ingredients to add depth. The Fettuccine, topped with a raw egg yolk, seemed promising but lacked the rich or spicy flavor I expected, and it was served lukewarm. The Olasagasti anchovy pizza had an overly thick, burnt crust, and the anchovies were too salty, making the dish greasy after a few bites. The chili oil that came with it was flavorless. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the overall taste and portion sizes left much to be desired, especially if you're looking for a more flavorful Italian dining experience.
