Absolutely gold star service From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I had some issues with using after pay. The staff were so helpful. A big thank you to the young man that served me and to Tahlia and the team leader, who both followed up with phone calls re my after pay issues. I now have my item, and couldn't be happier. Deborah.
Buyers beware i brought 2 Dune fridge freezer and both seals have fell apart under the lids i did take one back and the manager told us it's not meant to be used as a freezer long term. And we brought 2 dune recliner camp chairs and they fell apart as well. Definitely won't be going back to any Anaconda at all. We have only had the stuff for a year and everything as fell apart The manager was rude and arrogant

So grateful for my experience at Anaconda Palmerston today. Bronte at the checkouts was really friendly and organised my click and collect order promptly. When i needed further assistance, i was seen to immediately. Chris was a legend, he helped me out of a tight spot with his excellent product knowledge. I nearly bought a radio entirely unsuitable for my needs, but he heard out my situation, gave me recommendations and went out of his way to make sure I was 100% sorted. Saved my neck, honestly. While he was out the back looking for stock for me, other staff members were attentive and checked to see whether I needed assistance. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Thanks to the Palmerston team.
Staff members extremely unhelpful.nI presented an idea/what I was looking. One member just went straight up said no and walked off, obviously had other things they needed to get to, which understandable however the attitude, presentation and conduct was extremely unprofessional and all most hostile. The other member was ok however had no knowledge on the product nore could they provide me any other solutions.nOverall I will not be returning customer to the palmeston store.
