great store! Out of stock store and low prices! but the last 2 times I went I noticed that they are no longer restocking the goods, so every time I went I had smaller SKUs products. oh always very well attended.
The best customer service in town from Sam, he helped me picking everything perfect for fishing and in such a good rate. Highly recommended. Will definitely be going again here
Sam. He is a very nice and kind worker, he is always giving me good advice on what to buy, easy to talk to and overall a very good worker, he gave me the best advice on the species that I’m hunting and he gave me some secret fishing spots. Thanks Sam without your advise I wouldn’ve been confused on what to get for the species that I’m hunting. If anyone goes to anaconda in lidcombe I recommend you should talk to Sam if you have any questions.
The staff are TERRIBLE. I asked for help off numerous people and they acted offened and annoyed that I interfered with them staring into space. Hire better staff at your Lidcomb store please. I wish this Sam guy was in the store at the time

Absolutely pathetic ! Their website said they had stock of the "Mountain Designs Adults' Unisex Tumba Wide Brim Hat Sand Medium - Large" and still does ! at their Lidcombe store, so my family travelled halfway across western Sydney but couldn't find them in the shop. When I asked where they were, the guy pointed in a vague direction and said "I don't think we have any though", to which I replied "Your website said you have them in stock", to which he replied "Yeah, we haven't updated our stock levels in a loooong time". Absolutely useless and pathetic !
Efficient service, knowledgeable, friendly staff and great value, I was served by staff “Sam” today and was extremely impressed with the service provided by him. I highly recommend anyone to visit this store for any fishing equipment needs.
Bought lots of stuff in cheap price, there are so many different type of products here including fishing, camping and even fashion clothes.
Sam and Tim top customer service guys best and beyond service very friendly both guys but others won’t help at all
Very helpful staff but disappointing range. He suggested we went to Anaconda Chullora and they were fabulous.
