Very bad Customer Care not helpful at all. Customer service employee her name Sophie is not helpful at all.

One stop shop for multiple items. From jacket to camping items, fishing rod and everything. Very friendly staffs.
A big thankyou to Sophie at the Warringah Mall store. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in getting us all decked out and ready for the snow.

I came in last weekend to look for shoes and was assisted by a young brunette who was very helpful. I was thus upset that when i returned this weekend the young girl was not there as the staff that attempted to assist me was unhelpful and did not know what they were talking about.
