Michael at Anaconda looked after us with a gazebo wall and sand bags. His service was impeccable. He was informative and funny. I will definitely shop there again now for all my camping equipment. Good job Michael 👏

Place is a shambles. Couldnt find any staff to answer my questions. Poorly set up shop. Small area for mens clothes has mostly womens clothes i it. You have to go searching for what you want eg mens North Face is hidden in a different section from other mens clothes.The range availble for mens clothing in this shop is pathetic compared to what is on their website. Will not be returning here.

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. Staff couldn't care less. Have to be paged several times before they drag themselves over. Then they don't know if something is in stock or not, have to ask someone else. After waiting 15 minutes for them to not return, I left. It was a giant waste of my time going in there. I will not be going back. My advice to anyone thinking of going to Anaconda Frankston....DON'T

Fantastic customer service, They were very happy to price match and then beat it by 10% more!! Great range and knowledgeable staff!!

Walked into the store just before 2pm on the 19/9 to buy my son a new basketball which was slolen recently, on arrival I was greated with a friendly smile and hello but after that the experience took a downward spiral. When approaching the area where the basketballs are kept I was looked down upon at by a maintaince guy and staff member like I was an inconvenience while they were talking! I got a FLAT ball for my son and went to the bike area to buy a pump for the FLAT basketball, on passing through I asked another staff member who was repairing a bike at time where the pump's were, he rudely pointed to the area and looked away and when I asked if they had multi purpose pumps he smiled sarcastically and nodded, like I had put him out! When I got to the pump area the maintaince guy was there and shoved the items I had intended to purchase aside and huffed like i was in he's way! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of LISA on arrival and on departure! Otherwise ordinary on past an present experiences, coming from an American background customer service is everything! Make or break! And that was very poor! Other than Lisa
