Caltex in Vincentia feels like home. The man who served us was a fatherly figure and we also met another really nice girl filling up her car. Even the fellow customers are nice here. 10/10 would recommend. Would drive here from Sydney just to fill up.nn!!!IMPORTANT EDIT!!!nThe rumours are true…. Caltex in Vincentia is now Ampol in Vincentia. My left eye shead a tear as I drove past. I just drove down here from Sydney to fill up. While bitter disappointment fills my heart, I can’t help but see a glimpse of hope as the same homeliness shimmers from the inside of this petrol station too… I’ll keep you all updated after I’ve visited.nn!!!THE LONG AWAITED UPDATE!!!nI’d like to thank you all for your patience. My petrol tank was full so I had to drive around the round-about outside the station until my tank needed to be filled. Ampol in Vincentia is …. the 8th wonder of the world. This petrol station is the reason I am proud to live in this country. I won’t go into any details about my latest visit as I believe this is an experience everyone must have for themselves. Once again, thank you Caltex and Ampol!
Was there this morning filled up then came back in the arvo and got an ice cream to fill up my stomach with snacks
Thrill seekers… look no further. Ampol Vincentia is a one stop wonder full of adrenaline and adventure.nnThe cold air conditioning slapped my face as I entered the wonderland and I was greeted by a warm a friendly man who has reaffirmed my faith in the beauty and meaning of life. Any remaining adversity in my life evaporated when he already knew what number I needed to pay for. I asked for the air tube thing and the man pulled it out of thin air and handed it to me on a red velvet embroidered cushion. It flew from one side of the room into my hands. Out into the wilderness to fix the air pressure in my tyres I went.nnThe quest was clear, but the head-spin from the excitement of adventure impacted my ability to complete the mission successfully. Currently all tyres are on 35 except the back left which is at 40. Car guidelines state it should be 33-35. Should I be concerned? Expert knowledge would be highly valued.nnIt’s a shame they don’t have overnight accommodation at this location so that you never have to leave. Perhaps a future business venture?
Nice enough staff, fuel costs better than Sydney too
Disappointing, another privately owned ampol that doesn't accept discount cards. They do not publicly display this anywhere. However, it does sell fuel so two stars
