Great coffee, friendly staff, decent range of food/groceries/spare parts and fishing gear. Plenty of fuel bowsers under cover with plenty of height for boats/trucks etc. Toilets, automatic & manual car washing facilities, air & water etc too. An all round great servo
Service is great!! Awesome local staff, But the coffee... THE COFFEE IS DISGUSTING. PLEASE do something about the coffee! It's woeful. Like... Undrinkable. Ask anyone, or please just go in there yourself at 7am to see how terrible it is.
I know that it's probably not fair to judge a petrol station by their Cheese Kransky but.... I do..... and three stars demands a cooked fat sausage not PopDog encased in a pastry that has a crunch and not just wrapped in dough... Service otherwise, is impeccable and friendly.
I am local and have been avoiding buying anything from this service station for some time, because of rude service.. normally I would ignore it and say nothing, butntonight was the last straw I went in to buy somenLast minute movie snacks only to be greeted by a disgruntled employee who was huffing and puffing behind the counter, like I was waisting her time……n“Sorry for putting you out 1 hour before closing time”nmy suggestion is if you don’t wish to be in customer service then don’t be… maybe have someone do some in house training with yournstaff on customer service.nThank god for travellers there is a new servo at Myponga and Victor Harbor is only 33kms away trust me the service is much friendlier…
Needed petrol urgently, bit expensive, so just put in enough to get to next station. Staff member was exceptional, bright, very friendly & out going.
