Avoid at all cost they publish they accept woolworths Ampol vouchers 4 cent discount but they refused to scan my card today 18 Oct2025 even though their sign shows wollies everyday rewards, they are rip off, avoid it unless you like to get ripped off. Even its petrol was low quality dropped my fuel economy from 740 km to 690km
very rude workers i went in today and tried to get some snacks for the road but unfortunately felt like i travelled to some other country because i was told that if i could read or not after picking up a different item to the specials that they had on and the short guy behind the counter said don’t come to the store if i didn’t like how they treat their customers after i told his argent manager to have some manners and if i pick up something that didn’t match their specials he couldn’t talk to me like that saying in front of a full store of people that i couldn’t read and i needed to go back to school i am a father of 7 children and don’t have to explain myself just because of buying something from their store if the owner of this store saw what this manager and his co worker was doing in front of other paying customers he should at least give them two weeks off so they think about their actions long story short im a trucker and i am part of organisation that has 40 plus transportation company which mostly use ampol for fuel but after today’s interaction at this store you can bet i wouldn’t let anyone from my company to do business here and i will be making sure that the whole transport company’s i work with also know what rubbish workers they have representing them and we can take our money anywhere but unfortunately you can’t take a bad reputation anywhere
Cashier doesn't seem to want to acknowledge my NRMA Ampol fuel voucher plus if you buy anything from the store, you get an additional 4cents off for future usage. The cashier made me pay in two separate payments to avoid that additional deal. What a sham! First and last coming here. They were good before and wanted to support their business but no more. Hopefully management will look into this and train your staffs to provide good customer service.
Only come here for the coffee. It is pretty up there in quality for a servo.
2:30pm 21 May 2025nNever met someone who hate her work that much. No greetings even after I did first, impatient with customer even I just want to pay for the fuel and one ice cream. She made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t think I did anything wrong.
