An average Ampol and Service Station, but in a convenient location. Has always seemed quite busy when I have been passing by.nnCould be fresher and cleaner. This is no United.nnPrices are competitive, but nothing special.nnThe staff seemed friendly and effective.
The closest servo to me and I avoid it at all costs. Bad customer service, very few dieselnPumps, busy 90% of the time, people often point their vehicle in the wrong way to suit their fuel tank door, terrible coffee. If I ran out of fuel I’d push the car to the next servo.
It's a service station. They are all the same. However this one on this day was a life saver as the estimated distance until empty dropped below 1 kilometre when we were about 3 kilometres away so a lot of very fuel efficient driving to get us to this petrol station.
I have scanned my rewards card, and didnot get 4cents discount, I asked staff member what happened, he missed to scan my card, later on I did not get refund. staff was rude and loud and asking me to move my car and leave the store and said me I will become poor because I didnot get discount. rubbish service, rubbish staff. I strongly recommend to Ampol do not keep this highly attitude staff and idiots behind the counter.nnI strongly recommend to locals that fill the tank in bp or shell where fuel quality is good, Ampol fuel because they give 12 cents discount put more e10 ethanol in unleaded 91 and 95. We can feel the difference after long time in our engine when we put fuel one month in bp or shell and one month in ampol and engine completely play different..... stop going to Ampol people
Unfortunately, I avoid this service station, even though it’s the closest one to my house. It has a grown woman working there that does baby talk which I find completely rude and condescending. It’s not only the voice that is annoying, but it’s also the vocabulary that they use which confirms that it’s put on. I was leave in a bad mood whenever I have to deal with her
