Dodgy staff. I bought the car wash 2 for $25 on 13th Feb 2024 at 09.05pm and used 1 car wash right there. Today when I went to claim the second car wash, the store person Mr. Vikek closed the car wash and said they had their car wash open after 8pm. Then how come I bought the car wash at 9.05pm and had a wash the day I bought ?nNo transparencynNo courtesynNo professionalism as the ticket never say the car wash closes at 8pm everyday.
The guy working late ,should learn to have clear and nice and be kind,why is he so aggressive ,visited many times but his attitude is always same,I don't remember his name but usually works on Monday night...nI hope the customer service will get better at this place...
Car wash ticket had expired before it's due date, i.e 30 days! Noticed after wasting 30 minutes of my time in the queue.nStaff at the counter couldn't be less helpful resolving the issue.
The ticket expired because the wash machine was out of order.nThese scammers wouldn't replace my expired ticket.nndisgusting service.
Large and recently renovated gas station. The prices are generally more expensive, I would recommend fueling up at Ampol West ryde for cheaper prices.nnThis gas station use to be one of my top places for fueling due the convience and competitive prices. Nowadays the prices are not very competitive.
