Every time I come in with my gift vouchers, the lady that helps me behind the counter always puts me at ease, she makes me feel like I’m the only customer in there, she walks me through the process, she always goes above and beyond she does her best to acknowledge every customer, even if she can’t get to them, which is sadly something that is lacking. I am grateful for her knowledge and her time and please don’t ever lose that skill of sharing your knowledge with people and the fact that you never assume everybody knows what to do.
Pumps are slow. Site is clean and adequate bowsers available for traffic volume. Paid via app so didn't enter foodiary.nTrailer hire also available.nPlenty of parking space available to go in for coffee or snacks.
Kushma/ kuishma is terribly rude, passive aggressive and on multiple different occasions!! Nobody deserves to be snapped at for just about anything.
I was picking up an Uber delivery from this ampol storeMunno para and that time I was served by the person named as ubeid. When I entered the store he first waited me for almost 10 minutes because he is doing something else other than packing my delivery and after that he said to me that you’re very late for pick up an order although I was not. After 25 minutes of long wait he packed my delivery and gave it to me. He’s behaviour was very rude and he is trying to treated me like his child and apart from it he even doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Overall very very bad experience. Never recommend to anyone.
